Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct proactive business development aligned with the division’s strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring profitable business growth and sustainable deployment of the division’s strategic plan. •\tDevelopment and implementation of annual strategy for retail business of ABB switch and socket products;•\tSetting and following up on annual retail sales targets; •\tRetail business resource allocation and approval; •\tCollaborate and guide the sales department to expand key regions and customers, and gain higher ABB retail market share.
Qualifications for the role\tMore than 10 years of sales management experience in the building materials and home furnishing industry, with rich customer resources in the industry;\tBachelor's degree or above.
