MDRs are responsible for handling all time sensitive marketing related conversations, which come in the form of Automated Qualified Leads from the Growth Marketing team, which include inbound demo requests, profiled forms, and running our online webchat operations. The Market Development Rep is tasked with hitting AMB and HAMB targets as well as contributing to the team MRR target.What you'll do Lead Qualification and Conversion using our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criterion into accounts with focus on opportunity generation, MDRs need to keep a proper balance on qualification rate of AQLsOutreach in the form of calls and emails to contacts on AQLs (profiled forms as well as inbound demo requests and BDR provided contacts).
