We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as a Market Development Representative. The Market Development Rep will play a key role in expanding our customer base, identifying and driving business growth. This role is focused on identifying and capturing new market opportunities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends and patterns. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in excel. Knowledge of the auction industry, heavy equipment market, equipment finance or related industries is a plus. Collaboration: partner with Regional Sales Teams to identify market opportunities within the USA. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing RB customers and collaborate closely with the RB teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers and conduct targeted outreach activities through cold calling to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.
