Job Description:

Salad and Go is seeking a Market Director of Store Operations for our central market, including Oklahoma City and Dallas-Fort Worth. Based in Dallas, TX, you'll provide strategic direction and operational oversight to District Managers, Store Managers, and Team Members. Your passion for exceptional food and service will inspire teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence, and deliver strong business results. This leader will need to confidently marshal resources across the organization so innovation and solutions are implemented in a way that makes it easy for team members to deliver our delicious food in a consistent, fast and friendly way.  

As the Market Director, you will:  

Work collaboratively with senior leadership to identify solutions to drive revenue, simplify operations and deliver on the Guest Experience.  

Maintain a strong presence in our stores, ensuring that our teams deliver outstanding service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. 

Maintain a bench of District Managers and Store Managers by proactively recruiting, training, and retaining high-quality team members. 

Be readily available to support store team members in their growth and development.  

Hold teams accountable to policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of goals related to cash flow, revenue growth, food costs, labor costs, and other operating expenses daily. 

Conduct P&L performance analysis developing actionable plans and solutions. 

Ensure all management and team members are focused on exceeding guidelines related to food quality and excellence, facility cleanliness, maintenance practices, and service procedures. 

Minimum Requirements: 

8+ years of proven success in a high volume, multi-unit store/hospitality environment with a strong preference for drive-thru operations experience.  Passion for working in the stores, to inspire, observe and coach with disciplined follow-through techniques. Ability to teach and coach process improvement. Deep understanding of financial metrics and P&L analysis. Able to learn and adapt quickly to industry changes and company directives.Ability to travel minimum 50% of the time.
