Join us! **Job Description:** This job is responsible for leading and directing local market strategy, fiscal strategy, and supporting the local President in a metro or suburban market. Key responsibilities include serving as coordinator/convener of the local market leadership team, driving business integration, and overseeing employee engagement and community impact. Job expectations include acting as a proxy for the local President in representing the bank both internally and externally in the assigned market. The Tallahassee Market Executive leads and directs the local market strategy, fiscal strategy, and supports the President of the Tallahassee market. Responsible for partnering with the local market team to drive business integration, employee engagement and community impact. Acts as proxy for the President of the Tallahassee market in representing the company in the local community and internal functions and events. Supports the President of the Tallahassee market in the leadership and execution of the three priorities: + Deliver for our clients: We connect our business by providing strong enterprise leadership to deliver business integration and drive responsible growth. We connect our company’s capabilities across all lines of business in the market for the benefit of clients, companies and institutions. + Deliver for our employees: We support our teammates by creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for our employees. We promote and activate employee engagement, retention and development within the market; build local market culture by connecting employees to the market’s priorities and supporting activities. Drive ESAT, D&I and talent management efforts locally. + Deliver for our communities: We tell our story by representing and building our brand locally through leading ESG efforts and using company assets including grants, sponsorships, volunteerism and board participation to champion the company’s strategy.
