We are looking to hire a market research analyst to drive product and service development roadmap, know the full audience of customers, measure and engage user experience and Return on Investment of products. This role works with the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) within Worldwide Amazon Stores to identify integrated solutions by defining clear research objectives. The person in this role will demonstrate organizational and research skills and continuous understanding of customers' changing needs. The market research champion will also design/present data in usable, accessible formats, write clear and crisp narratives, present recommendations and influence at the executive level.
Key job responsibilities
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing market intelligence metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
• Deal with ambiguity to develop solutions that work for stakeholders from various disciplines to meet challenging timelines
• Build out dashboards to help us analyze and understand external labor market data as it relates to Amazon’s internal trends
• Reduce interdependency on ad-hoc external data pulls and manual data merging in Excel from across various internal dashboards
• Implement best practices, develop automation, and technology-based solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders to provide analytics solutions for strategic business questions

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
