About the role The Market Intelligence & Loyalty Program Sr. Representative will report to the Commercial Strategy Manager and is responsible for providing insights on internal analysis, financial competitiveness, market and performance, strategies, and recommended actions to increase market penetration. Builds strategy and analysis of current external and internal data sources relevant to the business regarding automotive and finance industry sales and relevant information from key competitors and market opportunities. The position will be responsible for leading efforts to understand competitors by conducting benchmarking and analysis of competitors in the automotive industry. The successful candidate is expected to perform and share detailed analyzes of the information generated. Also, will be responsible for the sales loyalty program which involves dealer support, vendor management and generation of loyalty campaigns. Type of contract: Fixed-Term (12 months) What you need Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering or similar. Fluent in both English & Spanish (will be evaluated during interview). At least 3+ years of experience in data analysis, market intelligence and/or commercial strategies areas or similar, whereas such experience it is preferred in banking or financial companies. Preferred data analytics and commercial strategies development experience. Solid analytical background is desired. Proficient interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate (oral and written) and interact with all levels of the organization. High analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks with very short timelines/deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment with minimal supervision. Ability to present technical information clearly and accurately. Excellent organizational skills (self-organized and auto motivated). Results-orientation with an ability to execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner. Advanced Microsoft Office skills is a must (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook). Advanced knowledge in utilizing tools such as Visual Basic, SQL and/or BI tools - both for creation and manipulation of data is a plus. Self-directed with a passion for data governance and data quality focused on driving business performance What you will be doing Provide market intelligence such as automotive and finance industry analysis, market penetration, competitiveness, strategies, and other relevant insights to the business. Monitor and report on market and industry trends and interpret industry reports to determine applicability for and specific strategy/commercial offer. Develop in-depth analysis and comparisons on market commercial offers trough benchmarks and mystery shoppers. Coordinates and executes the market intelligence business plan to conduct qualitative and quantitative studies of the main competitors and brand positioning working together with other departments of the company to deliver analysis as needed. Loyalty and incentive programs administration. Develop and execute incentive campaigns to improve performance. Work closely with internal business units (Sales & FP&A) to identify opportunities and evaluate strategies. Provide accurate information in timely manner. Generate/update reports and charts of the indicators of interest for daily monitoring purposes as well as ad-hoc requests.
