ABOUT THE ROLE

This position provides servicing support to the Specialty Deposits Division. This role will entail providing daily support specifically to the Market Leaders and their clients and may include supporting Specialty Deposits and Title and Escrow Divisions. It will involve client interaction and communications, account opening and account servicing/maintenance, and treasury services solutions. The job does require the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs and priorities of the department. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Assist in maintaining an excellent interaction of existing Market Leaders’ client portfolio as well as onboard new clients Preparation of Account and Treasury Service documentation involving the opening and maintenance of Market Leaders’ clients Exceptional organizational, process and project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Assist in developing and executing sales and service procedures/processes to improve efficiency within client servicing in an ongoing basis Assist in preparation and distribution of materials in advance of the team, committee, and Board meetings Assist with the creation and distribution of weekly and monthly reports as directed by Specialty Deposits Manager Be an internal and external resource regarding identifying and resolving operations matters which involve the clients in the Market Leaders’ portfolio Maintain knowledge of all existing Treasury Service products and the systems which they operate under Create and modify presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed Research and evaluate Treasury Product services are meeting clients’ needs in relation to market competition Maintain an understanding of Compliance requirements as it relates to the Specialty Deposits Division through training and education Performs special projects as assigned

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

College degree preferred but not required 3-5 years of work experience in a client facing role and the ability to handle client issues and multiple priorities in an effective and highly satisfactory manner. Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Strategic and problem-solving mindset with developed analytical skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
