Works with administrative and physician leadership to chart and implement the Practice Plan’s mission in response to the changing needs of the community.
Coordinates efforts of clinical leadership and administrative staff in recruitment, development, evaluation and retention of medical and non-medical personnel.
Assists and supports the long range financial development and management of the organization.
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare services, or a related field.
Experience
Required: 3 - 5 years of progressive responsible operations experience in an ambulatory care setting.
Preferred: Demonstrated record of positive management/leadership outcomes preferably in large, complex, multi-specialty practice(s), and exposure to an academic environment strongly desired.
