Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Market Manager IV. Remote work is fine, but candidates will need to work West Coast hours (PST). Essential Duties: * Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization * Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives * Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects * Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors * May oversees advertising, events and public relationships * Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs * True first level manager * Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets * Has full authority for personnel actions
