Job Title: Market Quality Automotive AnalystJob Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Market Quality Automotive Analyst with a strong understanding of engine mechanics. The successful candidate will review photographs of engine mechanical components and determine the correct repair direction, providing guidance to dealer technicians. Responsibilities + Review photographs of engine mechanical components and determine correct repair direction. + Monitor incoming photos for review. + Answer calls from dealer technicians and advise on the correct repair direction based on analysis of photographs. Essential Skills + Ability to visually analyze differences in photographs. + Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Organizational skills. + Engine mechanical/technical background . + Troubleshooting and diagnosis. + Knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair. + Experience with automotive repair, engine components, crankshaft, and connecting rod bearings.
