Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford’s future. As a Market Rep Specialist, you'll leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You'll work closely with dealers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You'll be the voice of Ford in the field, connecting directly with dealers.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field)Experience: 3+ years of relevant professional experienceTravel Commitment: (up to 4+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays) (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed)Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license
