Your tasks-
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct comprehensive analyses of vehicle populations and fleet data. Coordination of External Service Providers: Oversee and evaluate the work of external service providers. Market Studies: Plan, coordinate, and execute market research studies. Internal Customer Relationships: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate market research findings Market Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze trends in the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) sector. Macroeconomic Evaluation: Assess macroeconomic developments in the automotive industry and aftermarket. Internal Communication Platform Management: Maintain and enhance the internal communication platform to ensure it remains an effective resource for employees, keeping all stakeholders informed about the latest company developments and industry trends. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and insights via Powerpoint or BI tools.Your profile-
Hands-on experience in market research / market intelligence Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills Good knowledge of BI-Tools and advanced skills with Microsoft Office, esp. Excel Excel in managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse, international teams Understanding of ZF Group products and markets Minimum 2 years related experience in market research, consultancy or other similar area; Experience in the automotive/ automotive aftermarket industry helpful
