Role Overview
This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mindset and strong execution skills. Reporting into the Senior Growth Director, you will be part of the Client Organisation team and you’ll work closely with service line leaders and Service line business development managers to harness the full breadth of our offerings.
What will I be doing?
Key responsibilities include:
Sales Leadership: Proactively identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities through effective lead generation and strategic outreach. Campaign Execution: Designing and running Ipsos-wide sales campaigns that leverage the strengths of our 18 service lines and deliver measurable results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with service line leaders and BD managers to align campaign strategies and deliver a unified approach to clients. Client Engagement: Building and nurturing strong client relationships through thoughtful communication, engaging meetings, and tailored solutions. Best-in-Class Practices: Continuously refining business development approaches by adopting and sharing industry best practices across the organisation. Closing Deals: Running effective meetings.This role offers hybrid working with 3 days a week from our London office and the rest from home.
What do I need to bring with me?
Proven experience in business development or sales within a B2B context (market research, insights, or professional services experience preferred). A strategic thinker with the ability to understand a complex, multi-service offering and design effective, cross-functional campaigns. An excellent collaborator who thrives in matrixed environments and knows how to bring together diverse teams to achieve common goals. Strong interpersonal skills and a natural relationship builder who can engage clients over the phone, in meetings, and at events. A results-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
