Job Overview
• Provide high quality, on-time input to market research projects in the healthcare field, with limited support/guidance from senior member / project leader.
• Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions.
Essential Functions
• Support overall execution of market research project to ensure timely delivery and the development of proposals
• Assist in drafting research materials and other tasks leading up to final report preparation (qualification for either quantitative and qualitative studies as below requirements are acceptable):
- Quantitative studies: Questionnaire design, table specs, code frames, report charting with error-free, writing key takeaway messages, etc.
- Qualitative studies: drafting discussion guide, conduct in-depth interviews with necessary supervision from project leader, prepare content analysis/ summary of IDIs, assist in qualitative report preparation, etc.
• Proactively develops a market research methodology/industry knowledge through the delivery of market research engagements and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities
• Well time/resource management when handling multi-studies.
• Keep effective performance & well EQ management under pressure.
Qualifications
• Associate Consultant ~ Consultant
• More than 3 years of experience in Market Research (preferred Healthcare & Pharma exp.)
• Experience in marketing/PM(Product Manager) roles in Pharmaceutical companies is also preferred.
• Mainly act as a project delivery lead.
