The main task of this job is to analyze target markets, identify customer needs and provide analytical reports for strategic decisions. You must be able to accurately collect and analyze the necessary quantitative and qualitative data and provide valuable leads for the development of services and products.

Responsibilities:


Perform Market research to identify new trends and opportunities
Analyze market data and provide useful reports to interested teams
Identify customer needs and consumer behavior in the fields of payment and banking
Monitor competitors and review their performance Cooperation with The marketing and product development team to improve business strategies
Helping to formulate and evaluate the marketing campaign based on the data obtained
Development and evaluation of data collection methods including reviews and audits, questionnaires and surveys


Able to:

Analyze statistical data and provide comprehensive reports

Familiar with:

Completed with data analysis tools and software Such as Excel, Power BI and SPSS

Market research experience in financial and banking industry is an advantage.
