Job Summary:

The Market Revenue Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving revenue growth across all channels for a portfolio of hotels. This individual will oversee revenue strategy, optimize digital revenue streams, and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to achieve profitability goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of revenue management principles, digital marketing trends, and cross-departmental collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management & StrategyDevelop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize room occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.Monitor market trends, demand forecasts, and competitor pricing to dynamically adjust strategies.Analyze and report key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.Manage distribution channels to ensure alignment with pricing and inventory strategies.Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with stakeholders across departments.Digital Revenue OptimizationDrive e-commerce revenue by optimizing website booking conversions and third-party OTAs.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between digital campaigns and revenue goals.Analyze the performance of digital channels, including paid search, display ads, email campaigns, and social media, to maximize ROI.Leverage SEO/SEM and website content strategies to boost direct booking revenue.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with sales and marketing teams to align promotions, group business strategies, and brand campaigns with revenue goals.Work with operations teams to implement upselling programs and enhance guest satisfaction through personalized experiences.Provide insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts based on revenue performance data.Systems ManagementOversee the use and integration of revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.Ensure accurate configuration and management of distribution channels, including GDS, OTAs, and direct booking platforms.Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance revenue generation and guest booking experiences.Leadership & TrainingAct as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to hotel teams on revenue strategies and digital best practices.Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across departments.Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years in revenue management, digital marketing, or related roles in the hospitality industry.Proven track record of optimizing revenue through strategic pricing and digital channel management.Skills:Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency in RMS, PMS, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
