**Location:** 127 Public Square - Cleveland, Ohio 44114 **ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)** Market and Treasury Risk Management (MTRM) performs oversight of the Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate and Commodity Derivatives trading activity throughout the bank and broker-dealer. The trading risk oversight team performs a broad range of analysis and produces trading risk analytics to support the market risk function, including monitoring and evaluating risks affecting current or anticipated capital, valuation, Value-At-Risk (VaR) and Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR). The individual in this role will perform a broad range of analysis to support the customer trading analytics function. As part of the trading risk oversight team within MTRM, the individual will perform as a Quant Analytics Associate and monitor trading activities, analyze trends, identify emerging risks, and strengthen our oversight function. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** + Analyze risk metrics related to trading activities (position changes, profit & loss, VaR, and other key measures) + Work with senior members of the team on monitoring market risk limits and developing analyses of portfolio and risk dynamics + Maintain documentation of models, processes, and procedures according to Key’s corporate standards + Support MTRM policies and processes + Provide reoccurring reporting and ad hoc requests + Create analysis to support the production of insights into relevant business questions under general direction / supervision + Develop basic visualizations and PowerPoint presentations + Provide input with addressing basic business/analytical problems and challenges + Prepare documents for monthly and quarterly submission to finance and accounting, and to regulators + Conduct quantitative analysis on large data sets with manager and team support + Identify common data errors and their impact + Employ basic best practices for evaluating large data + Answer key business questions through exploration and discovery + Find patterns or anomalies by building out visualizations **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s Degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other quantitative field + Strong analytic and quantitative skills such as + Knowledge of financial mathematics + Advanced knowledge of Excel + Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, SAS, SQL, R, Google Cloud, Big Query, VBA + Statistical analysis + Data visualization **EXPECTED COMPETENCIES** + **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills + **Leadership:** Able to work independently under general direction / supervision.
