JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This Intern position will provide support to the prospect leads manager and Trainer by working in both the 5 Star call environment and on the sales floor, actively greeting and working with our customers to provide a premium guest experience. They will also assist in several areas to maintain functioning work processes, communicate and work with multiple areas of the organization including Sales Representatives, customers, and management, and be flexible to support changing priorities and needs.
Essential Functions
Complete outbound 5 Star calls for the intention of setting appointments for Sales RepresentativesProgress through market training to eventually self-set appointments for sales opportunities Utilize internal systems to access and research customer accounts and historyConfer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services for the intention of setting appointments and selling servicesKeep records of customer interactions or transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and follow up actions takenConsistently follow up to ensure that appropriate changes were made/actions were taken to resolve customers' problemsGenerate prospects for Sales Representatives, and eventually personal selling, via personal sphere and outbound sales activitiesAssist Trainer in store by greeting clients, connecting with them on a personal level, discovering their needs and intention for visiting us, and introducing them to Sales Representatives for completion of the saleAssist Google Review Champion with Google Review process and customer follow-up Attend weekly conference calls with Recruiting and/or training team to review previous weeks success, discuss goals, and progressDevelop personal learning objectives and performance goals, reporting each to Recruiting and Training General ManagersWrite reports regarding internship experience and summarize and present findings to market leadership to enhance the internship program

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time or full-time position. Days and hours of work depend upon business needs and schedule availability.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education and Experience
Currently enrolled or graduated from Communications or Business degree programs at a 4-year university.Sophomores, juniors, and seniors in 4-year degree programs.
