Based at our office in Taastrup, Denmark, you will support the Danish sales organization while being part of a team with colleagues in Sweden and Finland.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management
Oversee and analyze the entire tender process with a strong project management perspective.Monitor the market to identify relevant tenders and ensure timely responses.Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.Professionalize and digitalize tender processes for improved efficiency.Provide strategic guidance to Account Managers and Head of Sales during tender strategy development and business reviews.Collaborate with legal counsel and compliance officers to address legal and contractual issues in tenders.Submit clarification requests and train internal teams on public procurement processes.Market Coordination
Manage the sales funnel in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.Identify market trends and customer needs to support Account Managers in delivering value-driven solutions.Update and maintain the company’s website and assist in administrative tasks related to market activities.Support the continuous improvement of customer data, including contract management.Manage projects to ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Ensure timely updates of contract-based prices and timelines in SAP.Provide administrative support for our CRM system.Compliance and Quality
Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and SOPs.Integrate corporate values into daily operations and maintain high-quality standards in all activities.Key Performance Indicators
Tender win/loss ratio.Quality and efficiency of tender submissions and market activities.Internal stakeholder satisfaction (timeliness and quality of work).Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
Academic degree or equivalent diploma in a relevant field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.Experience in Tender Management or Public Procurement is a plus.Competencies
