VERY COMPETITIVE PAY! Duties and Responsibilities: + Create and implement marketing plans to achieve maximum occupancy goals. + Meet with prospective residents and families and conduct tours as needed. + Maintain an accurate referral source contact list and promptly follow up with all leads and referral sources. + Actively develop and cultivate relationships with referral sources. + Work closely with the Administrator to ensure that the facility and all resident rooms, grounds, and common areas are marketable. + Represent the facility through community involvement and networking, as appropriate. + Assist with planning and implementation of facility events. + Research and maintain up-to-date information on local competition and new services to enhance the community. + Manage and monitor a marketing sales budget. + May perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications : + A minimum of 2 years of Marketing Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Healthcare Related Field, is required + Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Communications Skills required + Computer Proficient with Microsoft Office + The position requires driving responsibilities-candidate must possess a reliable vehicle + Must be able to work a flexible schedule as community events may occur during the evening or weekend hours Job Type: Full-time Experience: + Nursing Home Marketer: 2 years (Required) Education: + Associate (Preferred) Location: + Delhi, NY (Required) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
