Duties and Responsibilities: + Create and implement marketing plans to achieve maximum occupancy goals. + Meet with prospective residents and families and conduct tours as needed. + Maintain an accurate referral source contact list and promptly follow up with all leads and referral sources. + Actively develop and cultivate relationships with referral sources. + Work closely with the Administrator to ensure that the facility and all resident rooms, grounds, and common areas are marketable. + Represent the facility through community involvement and networking, as appropriate. + Assist with planning and implementation of facility events. + Research and maintain up-to-date information on local competition and new services to enhance the community. + Manage and monitor a marketing sales budget. + May perform other duties as assigned.
