Marketing Admin / Proposal Coordinator

We are looking for a collaborative individual who is attentive to detail and has strong project and people skills to fulfill the Marketing Admin / Proposal Coordinator for our Firm. Position Overview: The Marketing Administrator / Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our overall marketing plan through the production of deliverables (statements of qualification, request for proposals, and interviews) from RFQ/RFP receipt to interview completion. Additionally, they will work with the Director of Marketing and Partners to help develop and implement a Data Asset Management system to better streamline the proposal process and drive a higher win rate. Requirements Project Pursuits Roles and Responsibilities: · Monitor bid opportunity sites for appropriate RFQ/P’s · Review RFQ/P’s and develop Cover Sheet · Circulate to Director of Marketing, Client Development Specialist, and appropriate Partner(s) · Design and prepare responses, ensuring scope and timelines are met · Oversee QC · Stay current on graphics best-practices, standards, technology, systems · In conjunction with the Client Development Specialist, maintain shortlist and win rates Collateral Roles and Responsibilities: · In conjunction with the Director of Marketing and Partners, configure, deploy, and manage a DAM (TBD) to manage firm assets including, but not limited to, images, bios, project descriptions, other content, data, and infographics · Coordinate all new content generation and ensure it is added to the DAM on a regular basis · Develop and coordinate all collateral including, but not limited to, awards submittals, brochures, newsletters, presentations, Town Hall Meetings, and other office events and efforts · Oversee QC Qualifications: B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, Technical Writing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field 0-5 years of experience of related work experience as a Proposal Coordinator, Marketing Administrator, or similar role Previous experience in business or technical writing Proficiency in InDesign, Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams), Bluebeam Proficiency in database development and management Ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple concurrent projects Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team Highly organized and self-starting Salary Range- $45,000 - $50,000 annually Benefits + Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) + Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) + Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) + Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) + Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) + Short Term & Long Term Disability + Training & Development + Work From Home + Free Food & Snacks + Wellness Resources
