This is a fully onsite position with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Monday through Friday.

Description

We are looking for an Administrative Marketing Administrator to assist within our Marketing and Sales Department on various administrative tasks. An ideal candidate would handle a variety of tasks to support sales and marketing projects and ensure smooth operations. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the marketing team.Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for team members.Document Preparation: Create and format documents, presentations, and reports using software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Office Management: Ensure the marketing and sales department's office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.Expense Reporting: Track and manage expense reports and reimbursements for the marketing team.Vendor Communication: Handle communication with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.File Management: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of marketing materials and documents.Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
