**Job Description:**
What You'll Be Doing
• Responsible for circulation related including magazine subscription, readers services and supervisor the telemarketer to ensure the readers quality and quantity.
• To assist the annual scheduled events including pre-show promotion, on-site logistics, supplier coordination, temp staff arrangement and post-show reports, etc.
• This role provides administrative support to Marketing Manager by coordinating logistics support for event and meeting planning and assisting in event site selection. Maintains and updates event budget information and related financial reports and acts as the single point of contact for creating, updating or changing vendor contracts.
• Responsible for the development of marketing plans, proposing quarterly planning, business reviews and attending regular customer calls.
• Execute marketing activities including content development with copyrighting, providing creative direction and oversee timely delivery. This will include involvement in vendor launches, reseller recruitment, reseller enablement, cross-selling opportunities and VAR marketing to end-users.
• Develop and adhere to timelines on projects and work with third party resources and routing of approvals.
• Manage the project budgets, tracking timelines and profitability.
• Coordinate vendor sales training at offices and with remote employees.
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years related experience
• Management and marketing experience in video and audio, content websites, product digital marketing, etc., good at marketing and target management.
• Have experience in cross-department communication and coordination/cross-industry cooperation/O2O digital integrated marketing.
• Have experience in paid social media such as Line, FB, Google Ads, etc., and be familiar with website analysis tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
