We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. What you’ll be doing:

This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.

Eating Recovery Center is looking for a seasoned analyst and manager to develop business analytics capabilities that drive innovation and delivers shareholder value and strategic insights to marketing, sales, admissions and our executive team. Our goal is to enhance decision making and allow for insight[1]driven collaboration. As a member of our team, you will drive innovative analytics solutions that support the Marketing and Admissions teams, you will work on multiple advanced analytics projects to drive change by delivering critical insights.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyze results, communicate findings and make recommendations to both the Admissions & Marketing and Sales Leadership, Managers and Executives. Develop strong relationships with business partners to drive volumes, revenue and profitability by supporting analytics needs. Develop and implement strategies, manage CRM tools and analyze data to understand how to improve sales performance and efficiency. Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analytics to understand results and opportunities. Build strong cross-functional relationships and serve as an analytics subject matter expert. Collaborate across teams to determine appropriate data sources, develop data extraction and business rules to be used with visualization reporting tools. Synthesize data from multiple sources, such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, ERC’s data warehouse, our EMR, and call center platform to provide sophisticated conversion attributions. Oversee a departmental budget of $15MM and help create tools that assist team members visibility to individual spend versus budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required with a preference for a major in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics/ Business Intelligence, Mathematics, or Statistics. Minimum six + years of relevant work experience. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM. Experience using Excel to develop analytical reports and models. Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing projects and people both directly and indirectly. Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver results and meet strict delivery dates. Experience preparing professional presentations and presenting to senior leaders. Prior experience as a financial analyst and managing large departmental finances.

Compensation starting range for the Marketing & Admissions Analytics Manager role is $92,000 to $115,000. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
