Marketing Admissions Director

Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Promoting the facility throughout the area community. -Knowledge of long-term care admission requirements -Work with the DON and Administrator in a role of referral assessments -Authorizations and working with therapy -Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources. -Coordinating the admissions process of referred residents. -Knowledge and understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and Third Party reimbursement. -Conducting facility tours of the facility for all outside interested parties. -Welcoming new residents and assigning them to their care team. -Managing all relationships with residents and hospitals, doctors, and facility staff. Qualifications: - Preferred Associates or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Social Work, Communications or other related field. -2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry preferred -Marketing experience is a plus. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Working contacts to referral sources is a plus.
