Role Overview:

As a Marketing Data Analyst, your primary role within our analytics team will be to work closely with marketing managers and leaders, focusing on the analysis, reporting, and quality of internal company data related to sales and marketing activities. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying trends, optimizing execution and strategies, and impacting sales outcomes through the power of data analytics globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for marketing strategy and execution optimization. Gather and analyze web analytics to inform and enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. Analyze sales funnels and customer intent to improve marketing efforts and sales conversions. Measure the ROI of omni-channel marketing campaigns and activities, providing actionable insights for improvement. Recommend optimizations for the website, channels, and marketing campaigns based on data analysis. Collaborate effectively across teams to manage data analysis projects from inception to completion, ensuring clear communication and actionable insights. Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide insights using statistical, algorithmic, and machine learning techniques. Audit, monitor, and recommend process changes to maintain data quality.

The ideal candidate has:

2-3 years of experience in data analysis in marketing or similar domain Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. Familiarity with web analytics and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, AdWords, etc…) Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Python, Excel, and SQL Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Understanding of data models, analytical techniques, and business intelligence tools, including PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric. Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with the skill to manage projects and collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team and be able to navigate between corporate and regional marketing stakeholders.
