Marketing Analyst
**Position** : Marketing Analyst **Requisition ID:** : 1566 **PURPOSE OF JOB:** The Marketing Analyst will use product and market knowledge to segment members and prospects; generate marketing lists and campaigns using various internal and external data sources. Track, measure, monitor, analyze, and interpret performance data related to marketing, member acquisition, product acquisition and usage, profitability, ROMI, and more. Collect and analyze data on all marketing efforts (traditional, digital and alternative) and acquisition channels. Perform competitive analysis. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Identify target segments and create marketing lists for email, direct mail, digital advertising, calling, and more, based on department or organizational goals and criteria. + Utilize Segmint, Intuvo, Raddon, data warehouse, and other marketing tools/channels to deliver personalized promotions, trigger-based messages, and drip campaigns + Query the internal Data Warehouse to extract data for analysis and segmentation using MS-SQL; integrate other data sources and tools as needed. + Track marketing campaigns to ensure they excel in areas such as impressions, reach, conversions, ROI, and other business objectives and KPIs. Create in-depth analysis of marketing efforts, and work with the VP of Marketing and team to derive insights and recommendations. + Collaborate with Marketing team to provide data insights and optimize marketing goals, campaign results, open rates, click throughs, and campaign funnels. + Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their products, prices, and positioning to thoroughly learn about the competition and identify opportunities. + Create monthly reporting on marketing efforts (traditional, digital, & alternative). + Contribute to presentations and reporting to senior management. + Monitor results and effectiveness of marketing automation programs and recommend enhancements as appropriate. + Work with the Business Intelligence team to coordinate data importing, reporting, and other tasks. + Manage the monthly updating of the Raddon MCIF system. + Participate in the development of marketing strategies, research, and planning. + Perform other duties as assigned or requested. **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** BA or BS degree and 3+ years related experience in marketing, digital marketing, business intelligence, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with marketing segmentation and marketing automation in a financial services environment required. Proficiency in MS-SQL and Excel required. Experience with marketing automation platforms strongly desired. Knowledge of Raddon MCIF and Symitar Episys preferred. Experience with other analytical tools (e.g. SPSS, Google Analytics, Tableau). Must be a self-starter with the ability to work without direct supervision. Requires strong marketing, analytical and communication skills. Demonstrated experience working with marketing segmentation and analysis, working with data; problem-solving skills; and the ability to gather, analyze and present data in a usable/meaningful manner. The pay range for this position is listed above. Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.
