Marketing Analyst
Description Our client at Robert Half is looking to enhance their digital presence and improve customer experiences across all channels. They are seeking a Digital Analyst with expertise in Google Analytics to join their team on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities: + Leverage Google Analytics to track, measure, and analyze key metrics including website traffic, conversions, and user behavior. + Develop and implement data dashboards and reports to monitor digital marketing performance. + Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies across digital channels. + Collaborate with marketing, web development, and UX teams to evaluate digital experiences and recommend improvements based on data. + Set up and configure Google Analytics tags, goals, and events to effectively track KPIs. + Identify trends and areas of improvement in the customer journey to enhance user experience and drive conversions. + Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize website features and functionality. + Support SEO/SEM strategies by providing insights on keyword performance, user behavior, and traffic trends. + Stay informed of the latest features and trends in Google Analytics and related tools. Requirements Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics. + Proficient in Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio. + Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC analytics. + Ability to interpret complex data sets and present insights to non-technical stakeholders. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Experience with other analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. + Familiarity with eCommerce tracking and multi-channel attribution. + Google Analytics certification (GA4) is highly desirable.
