Primary Responsibilities

This role is onsite in Naperville, IL ! 

 

The Marketing Analyst will provide data-driven and strategic insights to enhance the impact of KeHE’s marketing initiatives. This role focuses on leveraging data to uncover trends, assess ROI, and deliver actionable insights to marketing leadership and cross-departmental partners. This individual will transform complex datasets into compelling narratives, helping guide strategic decision-making for digital marketing campaigns, events, and advertising efforts. In addition to data analysis, the role involves managing day-to-day data processes, improving workflows, and driving innovation within the marketing team. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical collaborator who excels at storytelling with data and thrives in rethinking and refining current strategies to drive progress. Essential Functions

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting, Data Collection, & Implementation

Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and develop/automate regular reports.Support Advertising team by analyzing advertising performance, providing Supplier ROI, and recommending next stepsUtilize data gathered from marketing campaign tracking to help deduce findings and ideas for implementation across multiple channels like web, social, email, live events, webinars, and platforms (KeHE platforms, Microsoft Dynamics).Function as a lead to help connect and analyze data sources across our department and the company to deduce actionable insights.Own Google Analytics data to regularly recommend updates/improvements to drive revenue, SEO, and ROI.Utilize custom views and data mining within Microsoft DynamicsPartner with content team to create and share monthly reports on all Organic and Paid Social & Email Marketing Campaigns.

KeHE Digital Marketing Platform® & Shows

Track, analyze, and create reports and dashboards for: KeHE Shows & EventsKeHE.com and social presenceCommunicationsCollaborate with Manager, Digital Marketing and Sales and the Sales Enablement team to create and implement innovative ideas for promotions through KeHE’s platforms.Support all areas of KeHE’s Digital Marketing Platform events including contact management, event creation, data entry, training retailers & sales team, and reporting on digital promotional events.Other duties and projects as assigned.

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.High awareness of EQ.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (extensive knowledge including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint and SharePoint. Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google ads, SEO Strategy, and social media insights toolsHigh attention to detail including deadlines and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, BrightEdge, SEMrush, The Trade Desk, Basis, Heap, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Demandbase, WordPress, Treasure Data, Tableau and more. Ability to take substantial amounts of data and synthesize them into visually appealing dashboards and presentations with recommendations.Comfortable with presenting to key stakeholders with ability to tell a story using data.Managing multiple projects at a time while remaining highly organized with an acute attention to detail. Demonstrating initiative and acting as a collaborator (identifying opportunities for improvement, taking ownership of new projects, supporting team members, and having the willingness to grow/stretch beyond perceived limitations). Ability to travel when requested (up to 15%). Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or comparable field of study. 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field. Experience with data visualization tools to create dashboards including PowerBI, Google Data Studio or comparable software.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics. Experience in collaborating across teams and presenting data-driven stories to non-technical stakeholders.
