Job DescriptionWithin his functions he will be responsible for:
Administrative management with the areas of purchases and payments to suppliers.
Follow up, administration and budget control.
Drawing up contracts/commercial agreements with suppliers and customers.
Control of the execution of contracts/commercial agreements with suppliers and customers.
Ensuring compliance with processes and compliance policies, with impact on the area.
Merchandising control and management.
Implementation of marketing initiatives.
Preparation of reports and presentations of results.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering or related field
Experience in project/agreement planning and execution.
Strong experience and understanding in planning, corporate finance, control and budget management.
Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders, both senior and junior level.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Advanced knowledge of excel and power point
Strong ability to deliver impactful presentations in English and Spanish.
