Other divisions of Post include Post Consumer Brands (Cereal), Weetabix (Cereal – UK), Michael Foods (Foodservice), and 8th Avenue Food & Provisions (Private Label). Post has aggressive growth plans for BEF, highlighted by the recent deployment of capital to support innovation, marketing and manufacturing. Responsibilities Position Overview: The Marketing Analyst is responsible for researching and diagnosing market data, shipment data, and overall trends for the entire portfolio of Bob Evans brands. This role assists in identifying opportunities for growth and influence through the activation of business analytics; this includes the coordination of data and inputs for periodic business planning meetings across the organization. The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in planning for growth with our existing brands, driving our business to acquire new markets and consumers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key cross functional stakeholders to achieve business revenue and growth goals. Accountabilities: Prepare periodic business reviews, market assessments and marketing investment performance analyses to track and measure results and make recommended actions for ongoing improvement. Continually leverage and improve our predictive analytics modeling and scenario-planning tools. Synthesize market and shipment data to build and evaluate marketing strategies across the organization. Maximize insight extraction from our ongoing partnership with our syndicated POS & panel data provider. Maintain extensive knowledge of the business to make activation recommendations based on application of data analyses. Ensure data are integrated into compelling agency briefs, in addition to media and advertising implementation. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. Master’s Degree (MBA) preferred but not required. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, category and sales analytics, statistics. Working knowledge of syndicated data sources (including Circana and Nielsen platforms). Working knowledge of consumer promotions, advertising, and shopper marketing promotions.
