Reporting to the VP of Marketing Intelligence, this hybrid role based in Reading, PA (2-3 days on-site per week) offers the opportunity to shape data-driven strategies, collaborate with business leaders, and drive impactful decisions. This includes creating and maintaining tools and databases to analyze and report on key business metrics for corporate and field leadership. Collaborate with business leaders and functional experts to develop meaningful metrics, design insightful reports, and implement effective analytical tools. Prepare presentations that distill complex data into clear, concise findings and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Perform ad-hoc analysis and create custom reports as needed, investigating trends, benchmarking against industry standards, and exploring innovative solutions to improve business performance. Maintain and enhance a comprehensive knowledge base of research, past analyses, models, and other reusable data assets to support ongoing and future analyses. Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of analytics and insights to meet organizational needs. Translate complex data findings into actionable insights that drive decision-making across marketing and go-to-market teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, economics, finance, or accounting. 1-3 years of experience in an analytical, financial analysis, or data-focused role. Hands-on experience with statistical and financial analysis, as well as data mining techniques. Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Experience working with internal company data systems and sources, preferred. Proficiency in explaining technical outcomes and data-driven insights to non-technical audiences. Experience with relational databases such as SQL or Oracle, including the ability to develop data extraction queries. Knowledge & Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in Access and Word. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and intellectual curiosity to explore complex business problems. Strong business acumen and ability to understand the broader context of data requests. Basic project management skills to effectively manage deadlines and deliverables. Proactive approach to identifying business challenges and offering solutions. Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools for clear and impactful reporting.
