**Title: Marketing Analyst/Manager T3** **Location: 3999 West Chester Pike Newtown Square, PA 19073** **Duration: 3 months (It could extend but depending on your performance)** **Pay Range: $45 to $50/hr** **Job Description:** We are seeking a results-oriented **Email Marketing Program Lead** to oversee the execution and optimization of email nurture programs while spearheading the transition from traditional nurture workflows to dynamic, triggered email workflows. This role requires expertise in email marketing, data-driven decision-making, and marketing automation to enhance customer engagement and drive measurable outcomes throughout the customer journey. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Nurture Campaign Management** + Execute personalized email nurture campaigns aligned with audience needs and business objectives. + Optimize existing nurture workflows to boost engagement, conversions, and retention. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging with overall marketing strategies. **2. Transition to Triggered Workflows** + Lead the initiative to migrate from static nurture campaigns to dynamic, triggered email workflows. + Develop and implement a roadmap for the transition, including data mapping, audience segmentation, and trigger identification. + Collaborate with marketing automation teams to build and test real-time triggered workflows based on customer behaviours and lifecycle stages. **3. Data-Driven Optimization** + Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to refine email strategies. + Use A/B testing, engagement metrics, and conversion rates to optimize content, timing, and triggers. + Ensure proper tracking of triggered workflows using UTM parameters and other analytics tools. **4. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication** + Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and establish feedback loops. + Educate stakeholders on the benefits of triggered workflows to enhance lead nurturing and customer experiences. + Document best practices, workflows, and processes to enable scalability and knowledge sharing. **Qualifications** + **Experience** : 5+ years in email marketing, marketing automation, or a related field with a proven track record of managing successful email nurture programs. + **Technical Skills** : Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, UTM tracking, and campaign analytics. + **Analytical Skills** : Strong ability to interpret data, analyse performance, and report actionable insights. + **Project Management** : Excellent skills in roadmap development, meeting deadlines, and managing cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. + **Collaboration** : Experience working with teams across sales, customer success, content, design, and product marketing. + **Communication** : Exceptional ability to educate and align stakeholders on workflows, best practices, and campaign goals. + **Documentation** : Skilled in maintaining clear and detailed records for scalability and future reference. + **Problem-Solving** : Creative thinking to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities. **To Apply:** Click on apply and attach your updated resume.
