As part of a team of eCommerce analytics specialists, you’re deeply committed to the two-sided challenge of driving all aspects of the extraction of insights from the inconsistent and intangible world of data and delivering insight to the business leaders looking for every opportunity to bring to bear just a little more out of every click. Being aware of how frustratingly valuable data can be, you’re able to build the skills to collect and interpret that data. You understand business strategies that are fueled by the output of this process.
**Description**
Driving Business strategy: You will provide recommendations using multiple types of data, business knowledge, and strategic assumptions when data does not exist. You will be essential to decision-making Finding opportunities and influencing partners to act: You will partner with several eCommerce business owners primarily Marketing to provide key customer insights and influence strategic decisions. You will collaborate with partners and analysts to ensure analytics solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations of various leaders. Be the Dot Connector: Using multitude of data sources, you will connect the dots across multiple problems to see the larger picture that helps shape analyses and findings that drive longer term solutions than just answering short term questions. Be the Analytics Translator: You will define, implement and standardize metrics, reports and dashboards whilst focusing on the insights. You will work with Advance Data Science teams to bring rigor and adaptability in approach and translate them into relevant insights, tools and value for the Business.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of experience working within performance marketing analytics, web analytics, eCommerce or digital marketing.
+ 2+ years of people management, including building and developing teams
+ Highly proficient and hands on in SQL, Tableau, and Advance Excel with experience in Product Analytics Tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

+ BA/BS/MBA with 8+ yrs of Industry experience.
+ 4+ years of people management, including building and developing teams
+ Solid understanding of eCommerce fundamentals, measurement concepts and drivers of Traffic, Conversion and Revenue.
+ Foundational understanding and expertise in Digital Marketing programs not limited to SEO, PPC, Programmatic Display/Video, Social and Affiliates.
+ Experience in driving end to end measurement programs and campaigns including measuring effectiveness, media attribution, return on investment and Efficiency.
+ Strong proficiency in translating complex data into crisp insights, actions and recommendations.
+ Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical leaders and colleagues.
+ Cultivates a strong Test and Learn culture within the broader Marketing team within Retail and Apple.
+ Takes action to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $260,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
