Marketing and Communications Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting department initiatives which further the St. Croix Hospice mission of delivering the highest quality hospice care to patients, families and caregivers. This position will focus on overall department and special project support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and manage special projects and events Develop understanding and uphold St. Croix Hospice mission and brand Manage department invoices, billing, reporting and scheduling Evaluate and respond to internal/external requests for information as needed in a timely manner Assist in the management of department tactics, timelines and budgets Create and execute all projects with respect for patient and employee privacy and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations Support other staff as needed to ensure no gaps in service to internal customers Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures Performs other duties as assigned
