ABOUT THE ROLE\n
F&M Trust is seeking a talented and creative marketing and communications professional to join the bank's Marketing team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other members of the Marketing Department, the Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of bank-wide campaigns, annual media plan, and digital and social marketing activities. Previous experience working through the entirety of projects, including planning, content creation and message delivery is essential to be successful in this role. The Marketing and Communications Manager should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with business partners, teammates, and agencies. Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Brand Manager, you will be working with a dynamic group of marketing professionals who exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude. The Marketing and Communications Manager needs to be a creative self-starter with great attention to detail and accuracy. Your organizational and leadership abilities must shine to effectively manage multiple short- and long-term projects, as well as the team's Marketing Coordinators as direct reports. In this role, you will have ample opportunity to demonstrate your professional and creative talents to support a wide range of initiatives for a variety of channels, including internal and external communications and community events.\n
This individual will support the entire F&M Trust footprint, including the Retail, Commercial, and Wealth Management divisions. The Marketing and Communications Manager will be based in our Corporate Headquarters located in Chambersburg, PA, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion or in other bank locations based on assignment.\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nBachelor's Degree\nFive or more years of experience in a related field with experience in branding, campaign management, social and digital marketing, and agency relations\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision\nAdaptable, dependable, and responsible\nProficient with Microsoft Office\n\n
