Overview & Responsibilities At Republic Finance, we are building a leading consumer lending company. The Marketing and Communications Manager coordinates and creates content for marketing material and drafts both customer-facing and internal communications. This position will also facilitate monthly marketing calendar activities and assist in the implementation of new strategies that will support our ambitious, organizational growth goals and drive business to our ever-expanding branch network and online channel. This position will manage a small team of entry level or mid-level marketing specialist and communication coordinators as the team grows. Job responsibilities are as follows: Manage our present customer retention and former customer re-engagement strategies. Coordinates with project teams and legal & compliance to coordinate changes needed with mail vendors who produce our mail solicitation pieces. This includes working with Adobe software to facilitate changes to mail pieces Manage the Web Marketing Portal. This includes creating and managing quarterly orders for branches, submitting necessary mail pieces for compliance approval, adding or deleting mail pieces, uploading mail list each quarter, monitoring campaign results, and recommending strategy changes as needed. Manage and execute monthly marketing email campaigns to customers. Communicates monthly marketing activity to the branches and troubleshoots marketing and mail campaign related questions. Facilitates in the implementation of new marketing strategies and the tracking of effectiveness and response of these new strategies. Manages all internal communication efforts pertaining to standard company updates and publications, project updates, and announcements. Track employee engagement on internal comms and work towards trend of continued increased engagement. Leverage programs such as Stream, Camtasia, and Canva to create static and video communications. Manage small team of entry level and mid-level Marketing Specialists and Communication Coordinators as the team grows. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing and Communications focused role. College Degree in a business-related field required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Access and Word. Proficient in Microsoft Stream, Camtasia, and Canva. Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Mail Chimp. Have an extreme attention to detail and understanding of cause and effect. Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Exhibit analytical skills necessary to successfully perform the responsibilities listed above. Ability to make sound, independent judgments within established guidelines. Ability to work with and maintain large data files, compile information and prepare reports. Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently.
