General Summary
The Marketing and Communications Specialists assist with the development and implementation of strategies, initiatives and marketing and communication plans, including writing, editing and/or acquiring content for websites, intranet sites and other online or print marketing or communication publications. Specialists will assist in managing marketing communication projects including website, print, internal communications, special events and other advertising activities.

QualificationsEducation and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Business or a related field is required.Two (2) to five (5) years of related or internship experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment.Able to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently; exceptional organizational skills.Familiarity of a customer relationship management system and content management system.Highly effective verbal and written communication skills including editing skills are expected.Ability to review data and determine trends.
