Under close supervision, works on internal and external communications projects, including web site & intranet creation, management of media, public relations and press releases. Assists with the implementation of a strategic communications program to help build brand image. Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all marketing initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with business goals.Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.Content Creation & Management:Develop compelling written content for newsletters, blogs, press releases, social media, and website updates.Manage the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.Coordinate photography, video production, and design projects to support marketing efforts.Digital & Social Media Management:Oversee and manage Sterling Crane US’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and branding.Create and curate engaging and relevant content, monitor engagement levels, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns.Assist in maintaining the corporate website and optimizing content for SEO.Internal and External Communications:Draft and distribute internal communications to ensure all employees are aware of new company initiatives, announcements, and policies.Manage external communications, including drafting responses to customer inquiries, handling media relations, and coordinating press releases.Event Management:Assist in planning and executing industry trade shows, customer events, and internal company events, including managing logistics and promotional materials.Support in creating post-event reports to evaluate success and areas of improvement.Brand Management:Ensure that all communications, marketing materials, and digital platforms adhere to Sterling Crane’s brand guidelines and values.Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally, fostering a consistent and positive image of the company.Market Research & Competitive Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.Monitor competitors and provide insights to the marketing team to adjust strategies accordingly.Qualifications:
Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.Experience managing digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing tools.Skills & Competencies:Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred.Experience with web management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work well in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and ROI.Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity digital marketing trends.Personal Attributes:Highly organized and detail-oriented.Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Physical Requirements:
