Description Our client is seeking an extremely organized and highly motivated Marketing and Events Specialist to join their team in Chicago. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a similar position and the ability to manage a high volume of events in an executive-facing capacity. The position involves planning and executing events, developing marketing strategies, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on-site per week. Key Responsibilities: + Plan, coordinate, and execute high-profile events (conferences, trade shows, product launches, etc.). + Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media, etc.). + Collaborate with executives and internal teams to ensure alignment of event and marketing strategies with company goals. + Track, analyze, and report on event and campaign performance. Requirements + 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or event planning, with a focus on executive-level support. + Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously. + Strong digital marketing knowledge and social media experience. + Excellent communication and project management skills.
