Marketing and Graphic Design Intern

Job Description Summary: The Marketing and Graphic Design Intern is a temporary, seasonal position designed to provide students with hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design. This role offers the opportunity to develop and refine skills in content creation, social media management, and strategic communication while working on meaningful projects that align with company goals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Assist in developing digital media content, including written copy, graphic design and videos for use on web and social media platforms.

· Assist in writing and editing copy for internal and external marketing materials

· Support the design of marketing materials for internal and external audiences. Assist in development and implementation of social media campaigns

· Support development and execution of communications plans and tasks

· Assist in media outreach efforts to strengthen brand visibility

· Provide on-site support for events and conferences, including the Fuel Ethanol Workshop (FEW) in Omaha.

· Participate in and present at internal meetings on communications efforts

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Currently enrolled as a student at a post-secondary institution in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field

· Strong writing and editing abilities with outstanding attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Ability to travel up to 5%, including multi-day attendance at the Fuel Ethanol Workshop (FEW) in Omaha.

· Valid driver’s license required.
