Job Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will play a key role in promoting the Meck County Golf brand, managing marketing campaigns, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring consistent branding across all four locations and the Meck County Golf Academy. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset to enhance guest satisfaction and achieve business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Branding: Develop and publish content for specials, events, and tournaments, ensuring brand consistency across all locations and platforms. Manage Meck County Golf’s social media outlets, including capturing and sharing pictures and videos. Attend special events to document activities for promotional purposes. Execute e-mail blasts, offers, and notifications via the Meck County Golf mobile app. Assist with website administration and updates. Collaborate with General Managers (GMs) and the Regional Director of Instruction (RDOI) to develop and execute advertising campaigns. Sales & Outreach: Proactively seek outbound opportunities for outings and events. Assist with contracts, ensuring GM approval. Help in creating and distributing event orders. Customer Engagement: Manage and maintain the e-mail and customer database. Implement surveys and direct mail campaigns to collect feedback and drive guest engagement. Distribute marketing materials to all facilities. Administrative Tasks: Ensure regular visits to all 4 locations. Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and 2–4 years of relevant experience. Skills & Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and sales-related skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read and speak English. Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, or crouch. Environment & Noise: Work is performed in a moderately noisy environment. Certificates/Licenses: None required.
