Maintain and update the website, create impactful marketing materials, and play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of fundraising events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties, projects or assignments as assigned. + Collaborate with the Marketing and Development Manager on any communication activities and projects. Keep the Marketing Manager up to date on an ongoing basis. + Manages the organization's communications activities and projects. + Helps to plan, produce and promote all public awareness and fundraising events (such as annual golf tournament). + Manage and maintain a system to log, organize and maintain an archive of agency media including photos, video, and documents for the department. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) or Canva is required as well as video software, Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. Grant writing skills and fundraising experience is preferred. Valid NYS Driver License.
