Marketing and T&E Manager Poland


Job Description:

Marketing and T&E Manager is responsible for implementation of the regional marketing and T&E strategy locally in Poland and ensuring the effective implementation of tactical marketing programs. Being part of the team of Marketing and T&E managers and working closely with the Global teams as well as the local organization.
Responsible for all commercial marketing activities, including marketing, product management, sales support, marketing communication, educational needs and plans, partnering activities and key events.
He/she provides a strategic market direction, through the definition and execution of the Integrated Marketing Plan and works closely with the commercial leaders of the local organization in order to drive revenue target achievement.

Responsible for implementing the European marketing strategy locally to enhance Nobel Biocare’s image and provide additional value to customers through programs and product marketing.

Marketing and T&E Manager is:

Responsible for specific plans to obtain long-term and sustainable growth with the goal of attaining significant improvements in market share.Ensure that all Marketing, University and T&E activities, Sales Support and Business Support & Service within the Regional countries are executed according to strategies and targets.Own and drive the Integrated Annual Marketing Plan for Poland, which is the consolidated plan of promotion activities, training and education courses, practice development tools, events and marketing communication, SFE improvements in order to support achievement of commercial goals.Responsible for the local Marketing and T&E team, secure internal staff training programs regarding product and clinical knowledge, Market Segmentation, Solution Selling, Lead Generation, etc.Responsible for managing overall expenses for the local Marketing & T&E budget.Regularly co-travels and visits local key customers, local experts and speakers and works closely with them to ensure their needs are considered in the local plans and shared with the regional teamShares best practices within the regional (European) team

Job Requirements:

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications: (what the role holder must know; including any required general or professional qualifications/education)

Academic degree, ideal Master, in Marketing and CommunicationFluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)Excellent product and marketing knowledge

Critical Skills/technical know-how: (what the role holder must be able to do)

Proficient in MS Office applications (mainly Powerpoint, Word and Excel)Ability to manage given tasks and responsibilities independently but still in alignment with the Global Marketing organization, the Regional sales organization as well as the T&E organization Strong communication skills and presentation capabilities

Critical Experience:

At least 5 years experience from practically leading a marketing efforts in a subsidiary of a global organizationComprehensive practical experience from working with Digital Marketing and Funnel ManagementExperience in the dental implant industry is highly preferred
