· Marketing Fulfillment Coordination:
o Design printed materials and display graphics, including product flyers and company profiles.
o Design and create graphics for social media and other marketing channels.
o Create engaging graphics, including text, image, and video content.
o Assist with the creation and editing of newsletters, direct email, advertising materials, and catalogs.
· Social Media Management:
o Manage our social media presence across various platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams for social media content generation.
· Event and Trade Show Support:
o Create pre-show and post-show invitations and letters.
o Staff registration, vendor collaboration, and meeting arrangement.
o Assist with trade show exhibit installation and dismantling, including booth design and logistics.
o Assist with logistics coordination for trade shows, including electrical and labor requirements.
· Administrative and Coordination Tasks:
o Prepare information and materials for internal meetings, including managing recurring meeting agenda items and disseminating information to appropriate parties.
o Update and conduct presentations during business meetings.
o Schedule and conduct monthly Sales meetings.
o Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
· Hand tool use and fabrication experience is a plus.
