Responsibilities Provide support and assistance to Branch Manager and assigned sales staff in support of marketing effortsPrior to distribution, Corporate Marketing and Legal/Compliance Department must approve all marketing materialServes as the point of contact between the National Marketing Department and the Branch Automated Marketing Program (AMP) – Utilize material within the AMPLIFLY and LAUNCH systems on behalf of the branch or Loan Officers on a regular basisTraining must be completed by the Marketing Assistant to efficiently complete duties. If additional material is needed beyond what is available in AMP, Marketing Assistant is responsible for creating the material and submitting the material to the National Marketing Department for Brand and Compliance approval Maintenance of Branch Social Network Platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
(Social Media Director will provide access to Branch Facebook page after signing Facebook Editor Agreement)Audience building and replying to direct messages and accepting friends/followers.
