Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM| Salary: $18.00 – $20.00 p/hr.

What you will be doing:Provide sales and marketing support by developing and maintaining sales sheets, managing print/digital ads, and collaborating on e-newsletters and online advertising.Manage event and sponsorship details, working with teams to coordinate events and community engagement efforts.Offer comprehensive administrative support to the VP, maintain sponsor accounts, and handle sales-related documentation and office supplies.Collaborate with Programming and Traffic departments to generate reports, contracts, and media lists for the sales team.Ensure smooth communication across departments, handling internal and external correspondence effectively.Promote diversity integration across all materials, adhering to company policies and standards.What is Required:Associate's degree in marketing or closely related fieldMinimum of one year’s creative writing and computer design experience.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Strong working knowledge of Adobe Design including In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.Benefits and PerksEligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insuranceWeekly pay periods401k matching up to 5%
