Marketing Assistant
Description We are searching for a Marketing Assistant to join our team based in College Station, Texas, United States. As a Marketing Assistant, your role will primarily involve various administrative, office management, and marketing tasks. You will be instrumental in managing office mail, coordinating meetings, generating reports, and supporting our marketing efforts. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Assist in managing new and reactivated accounts, ensuring correct settings, and timely report deliveries. • Handle social media, website inquiries, and internal company announcements to increase brand awareness. • Monitor and update client/account information in Salesforce to maintain accurate records. • Support customer service with billing issues, reports, and letter mailings to ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare weekly client reports, including inventory, billing, and order deviations to help in informed decision-making. • Assist with proposals, event registrations, and promotional orders to boost our marketing efforts. • Prepare outgoing UPS shipments and handle postage machine for mail to ensure effective communication. • Coordinate conference room usage and setup for meetings to ensure smooth operations. • Assist with monthly and annual reports, including revenue tracking and rate reviews to help in strategic planning. • Verify monthly closed reports and assist with account transitions to ensure the accuracy of records. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is required • Ability to use Adobe Illustrator effectively • Demonstrated experience with Adobe InDesign • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) • Competence in using Facebook Insights for data analysis • Experience in creating and managing advertisements • Proven skills in blogging to promote brand and products • Understanding of brand awareness strategies and implementation • Knowledge of budget processes relevant to marketing • Expertise in campaign planning and execution TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
