Role Introduction

The marketing assistant for the corporate marketing team supports the broader department by providing administrative and operational assistance on business development, marketing and communication activities. 


What your day will look like:

Assist in lead tracking management through the company CRM database Content execution for market-specific communication programs, including social media, marketing campaigns, and websiteExecute on social media community management, ensuring timely responses and promoting engagement across our main social media platformsManage and upload new assets to the company’s digital asset management system Execute firm survey programAssist with award submissions Help manage various special events and occasional staff events Collaborate with other teams for broader marketing projects Support additional administrative activities and special projects as needed Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications strongly preferred Experience working at an architecture firm preferredProficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, and SharePointAbility to prioritize multiple deadlinesAbility to work with multiple offices and departments Business proficiency in English communications (verbal and written)Preferred non-required experience with social media scheduling and coordination

National Salary Ranges:

Marketing Assistant: $48,600 - $74,100


Please note that this role is an hourly and non-exempt position, and therefore, is eligible for overtime pay.

If position is eligible for remote status, ranges may be adjusted. Acknowledging the time employees typically spend in the role, compensation is dependent on applicable years of experience and skillset.
